[Resolved] Telenor — Deliberate cheating and deducting amounts from main balance | |||
Unable to bear AIRTEL haphazard charges and disturbing calls, I ported to Telenor a few months ago. My number is [protected]. Before last month also this telenor service deducted 30/- plus 30/- for useless and undesired music from haunting 54646. SO frequently telenor calls subscribers numbers from [protected] and as it is inward call from unknown number, we try to answer the call. That is all our balance gets reduced by 30/-. What kind of loot it is? Already I complained when they deducted my money twice 30/- each time and they reversed the entries. I have been trying to have 'DO NOT DISTURB' facility on my number, but it never worked out, and constantly unsolicited and disturbing calls / messages from telenor service keep coming. It is difficult to keep watch on cell. I am a teacher myself and how can telenor disturb me with dirty calls and music always? I request you to kindly arrange to return the money. Dear sir,
On receiving continuous msgs after every call from my telenor numbers [protected] & [protected] that "Recharge with STV64 to get 10000 local seconds for off net numbers and unlimited free calls T to T for 28 days", I recharged both my numbers with Rs.64/- on 3/12/2015.
Surprisingly, I received messages on both numbers from the great Telenor company that "Your 9500.00 Telenor to Other loc sec going to expire today on 04/12/2015".
What is this? If we are not minding things carefully, like those unsolicited Rs.30/- cuts from time to time, this Rs.64/- also goes to enhance Telenor profit for no service.
So Telenor STV 64 IS FOR 24 HOURS ONLY? I don't think so. Kindly see to it and restore either total facility for 28 days as canvassed or return money.
Please look into it and let me know your action.
One thing is certain that if the consumer remains inattentive, he is bound to lose money with Telenor's tricky actions. Very bad on their part.

Due to haphazard charges and disturbing messages on AIRTEL service, I ported to Telenor service and here it is good as far as charges are concerned but a lot of disturbing calls and messages so frequent that it is difficult to concentrate on work.
I activated DND and still I face this problem.
I request you to arrange to withdraw all such nuisance services on my mobile.
