Mob no. [protected] Rs.12 was deducted yesterday i.e. 28 NOV 15 for vas U TreasurO When I called to customer care she de-activated the service but did not refund the balance. When i called second time he said to wait for balance.next day i.e. 29NOV2015when i tried to customer care call is being rejected. When i call through another no. he is telling that it is more than 24 hrs so balance will not be refunded.NAGA BABU.K SUPERVISOR VERY BAD TALKING.VERY COOL RESONANCES.I HATE THISE TELENOR.VERY BAD SERVICE.
