Telenor — Wrong balance deduction | |||
Sir, My uninor mobile number is [protected]..Actually main problem is balance deducted from my uninor number...yesterday, when I checked my balance, then I was shocked...Earlier My balance was 366.95rs...After deduction my balance was 332.95rs...means 34rs was deducted from my account...then I called at customer care representative..then he said 'MY MUSIC' service is activated at this number in 20th dec 2015...then yesterday I deactivated this service...but my balance was not refunded...actually this is not my fault..because I had not activated any service at 20th dec 2015...this service was automatically activated at my number...so please check my whole issues by uninor concern team...and refund my 34rs balance in my account...I hope u will must resolve my complaint...thank you...
