Force Motors — Tempo traveller engine problem

Dear sir,
We had purchased a tempo traveller bearing engine no. d 57001606 and chasis mc1e4ckaxgp036390 from orissa diesel engines (p) ltd. on dated[protected]. from date one, we are facing problem which very much aware your authorized agent.
On[protected], we found there is major problem is engine. from that, vehicle with your authorized agent, they are unable sort out the problem. we have also discuss with own of authorized mr. a. k. pattanaik, he promised to deliver the vehicle today. when we contacted him, he does not respond the phone.
We have purchased it for business purchased, if we take to nearly one month to rectify the problem of, then in what way we benefited to purchase your vehicle. per day we loosing rs. 5000/-. we will bear it. we want our vehicle before 19th november 2016. otherwise we will go for consumer case.
