Tendersinfo / Euclid Infotech Customer Care's response I am from Tendersinfo Customer Care Team and we came across your post on this website. We have had a chance to review your complaint against our company. First of all please accept our apologies on behalf of TendersInfo for the inconvenience caused to you.

Now, as we see that you have not mentioned any contact details i.e. the name of your company, your name, contact number or email Id, we would really request you to share your contact details for us to get in touch with you immediately on [protected]@tendersinfo.com

As a Customer care initiative, we thrive to be in touch with our customers always. Our customers are never been ignored and as a part of the process every customer is been followed regularly for feedbacks and suggestions. It seems to be that you are not our client or else you would know your contact person in our Customer Care Team. We cross checked with our clients to see we have received any similar complaint but we dint find any of our customer facing this issue of being unattended. Normally we receive mails from client if they face any issue regarding our services but we have not received any mail so far highlighting such issue in recent past.

We would also like to mention that the two people you have named in the post are working with Tendersinfo for many years and they are known to the clients for their integrity, dedication towards clients and commitment. Shivani plays a very vital role in our Delhi office and is dealing with some very important accounts for Tendersinfo. On the other hand, Rajiv Tripathi is with Tendersinfo since inception and manages a very important department. He has always taken our client’s suggestions and feedbacks on top priority. Under no circumstances we feel that you must have been misled by the above two individuals. In fact your post seems to be a personal attack on our employees and also on Tendersinfo. We would really like to see if you have any proofs against them.

We would like to highlight that we are 16 year old company and have clients globally using our services since many years. We are one of the top companies in this industry and have serve to more than 3000 companies worldwide. Our Brand reflects our ethical approach towards our clients. We would not tolerate if the above comments are made without any base and facts.

Also, please note if we did not receive any proof from your end within one week, we will consider this as a fake complain.
