Cid report shows 1500 scam but how we can recover from these fraud people. This is the second and third scam from them since there was no action taken at first scam. I am suraj. I had booked two plots in padmavathi project investing 6.5 lakhs. As per agreement (Signed by mandeep kaur), i waited for 15 months after booking the plots and on jan 25th, 2017 the 15 month period got over. I went to tgs layouts office on 26th jan 2017. I had booked in TGS Vaishnavi (near airport) a plot and paid 3.75 Lakhs as initial payment in December 2014. Till now I have not received any information related to the registration nor return of my deposit.
I went to TGS Layouts office on 20th Feb 2017 and noticed that there is no office.
Please let know how to complaint or refund the deposited amount....

I S.Manjunath invested in TGS Mahalakasmi with initial Payment of Rs.5.00 Lacs. on 29.03.2015. Despite cancelling the same in September 2016, till now i have not received the refund . I have approached the company two dozen times till now, but except assurances, no refund has been received. The Inspector at Madivala Police station also did not help much. Please dont invest this compnay .they dont have any projects.they will take money and no guarentee about completion of projects.
if you cancel booking they will issue a cheque with date of 90 days later.which will bounce. then they will make you to run behind you for money.
final stage they will start harassing and threatening you if you start arguing about your refund amount.
people so called excutives are uneducated...

Read it before you invest in tgs. They are the real cheaters…. Never invest in tgs, dreamz and gk properties. They are scam, fake and cheating companies.

Here is complete story and real face of tgs. Don’t believe positive reviews and comments about tgs online because they were written by tgs team. Also, don’t refer property scam site for reviews……. Because all reviews are positive and its smelling...

I booked a land plots from TGS Layouts and I cancelled as there was an emergency and I was short of cash. We never had any problem as we got our money back at the time they stated they will give us the money. I presented the cheque after few days and the cheque was honoured. They never cheated us....

I bought land from TGS Layouts on Mysore Road at Rs. 9 Lakhs. Land plots are sold by other developers in the same area at Rs. 19 Lakhs. I booked one land just because of the price. I went to the land plot and inspected that work is going on in full swing. Hoping they will give me the possession at the stated date....

We are three sisters living on rent in Bengaluru. All three o[censored]s bought land from this company. One of my sisters got the possession of land already. I bought the land in Kanakapura Road. I came to know about TGS Layouts through Times of India Newspaper. I personally visit their sites and plots to check their offer price. I felt the offer price is no where higher in comparison with the location and the amenities they are providing. After discussion with my family and friends, finally I decided to book a plot in TGS Saraswathi which is in Kanakapura Road with dimensions 30’ X 40’ which comes under BMRDA approval....

The sales person guide me well and help me in negotiating the price for that plot and also he consult with the concerned CRM for that project. The concern CRM update me all about my project. More than that when i had any question related to my project, they resolved all my queries confidently. I am really appreciate TGS work towards me....

As per the sales person of TGS, the document i will must get within 48 hours, that i got in time which is appreciated. In every week i am getting the updates of my projects from the CRM team of TGS. When ever i am sending any mail or calling them regarding any queries the customer service department is always their to resolve and responding me well. So thanks to Sales and CRM team of TGS....
