The Body Care — met with an accident, cannot avail services , company people not refunding the maount

i had joined the slimming treatment in The Body Care company.i paid 44000 Rs for this. i went for only 3 to 4 days for my sessions there. after that i met with an accident and i am in complete bed rest for next 2 months. i am asking for my refund(if they want to cut some amount and return back the rest amount, i am also ok with that) but these greedy and in human people are not showing any concerns. i joined at The Body Care #40, 17th Main Road, 6th Block, 100Ft. Road, Koramangala Bangalore-95 tel:41105176/77 mangers are not even replying me properly and they are cutting my calls whenever i am calling them. i dont know what step i should take next. please help me. (if any wants my medical reports proofs, i am ready to share that)
