[Resolved] The Chennai Silks — Sales manager spoke rudely | |||||
Today I went for shopping with my family to Madurai brach chennai silks. After completing the purchase they gave only normal bag. Since we purchased for a big amount we demanded a travel bag from the manager. For which he replied " we will not give you, you no need to come again for any purchase". These people dont even know how to talk to a customer.. very bad customer service. Poor co ordination. I didnt feel good for the purchase made at all. Surely i am not going to go back again. Yesterday i purchased two Chudy for my wife, and to stitching the hand i give to alteration, once alteration is over and we reached home and see that one chudy tops may changed due to your people careless..I want to change those tops...please take necessary action..this is the first time visit to ur company and worst of it..
