[Resolved]  The Electronic Store — NOT GETTING REFUND OF MY ORDER (MICROMAX CANVAS A300) OF RS 13949.

RESPECTED SIR/MAM My name is anil mehta and i had order (order no 9008732) one moble (micromax canvas gold a300)of Rs 13949 on 28 Dec15 from e-commerc site www.theelectronicstore.com, customer care representiv of their company had assured me about the product delivery before 05 jan 14, while not getting product on time i contacted customer care ( [protected]) they told me that they had dispatched my ordered product from first flight Currier company( AWB No C[protected]) on 02 jan 14, but when when i tried to track this AWB No from first flight, i got nil details about my product, then i contacted again customer care on this matter but they had no answer of my question, where is my product and when will i get delivery of my product ?, then i asked to refund my money then they refused to refund my money and told me as per their company policies they cannot refund money once the product is dispatched. today is 11 Jan 15, and till today neither i have my money nor my ordered product, now i dont want their phone due to delayed delivery cause inconvenience to me. plz help me to get my refund of rupees 13949.
