Today i've received the product i've ordered i. e., powerbank of 20800mah... it's completely different from what i've ordered... so i want to return the product... tell me the process of returning... reply soon... what a waste product you have sent... i've ordered for mi+ powerbank... you sent duplicate philips powerbank... so do take it back & return my money... U had been cheated me and giving a wrong phone and a bad condition phone I have order a Samsung guru e 1200 but u deliver a bad Nokia phone so please change my phone or otherwise a complaint in consumer court

I order the MI+ 208000 mAh power bank with ear phone. but i received the different product that is Samsung powerbank. and secondly that product is not new it has scratched on it and by looking it any one can say that its a used product.
and most important its also not working.
So I request you to please replace the product or atleast refund the price amount.
and is any of your contact no. working
