I had paid for a 1 year subscription of the newspaper in October. & was supposed to get the paper from 1st November 2015. But it's been almost 3 months and I am yet to get the paper till date.. I have repeatedly tried to contact the company help desk, but all I got was some fake assurance from their part.
The company wants us to believe that the fault is not on their part, but it's of the local distributing agent.
But that sounds extremely vague and since I during payment approached the company directly without approaching any 3rd party, so I think that the company cannot deny their responsibility now.
I am thoroughly disappointed with the unprofessional attitude and don't want to continue with the subscription, I want the refund of the payment made along with the adequate compensation for blocking our money unethically for so long.
