The Hindu — Not getting my frontline subscription

I have opt for your magazine subscription(6 months) on 29 June and u have cleared my cheque (on the name of Lalit Mohan Agrawal) on 3 August but till 16 September I have not received a single issue even after that i have got a message from your company that you have sent an issue of same on 16 august of the issue dated 2 September.I have been calling your customer care number but sorry to say that they are taking no action and give me the same excuse that, they will talk to their seniors about the matter and redress it within 24 hours again and again from last two weeks.I have also got a complaint number from your office i.e.101797
This is my humble request to look into this matter and inform me about the same as soon as possible.
