[Resolved] The Mobile Store — Carelessness while generating bill of iPhone 6 | |||
Hi .. I purchased iPhone 6 16 gb from the mobile store located at sector 5 Dwarka. Without confirming the name from me, they have generated the bill in the favour of some other person and i don't even know this person . after 1 month i was checking my bills and all that stuff and i was so confused by seeing that name .. I immediately contacted the same store from where I have purchased my cell ... They told me that they will go ahead and process a mail in order to do the correction and now its been 2 months passed and I am not getting any positive response from their side .. Every time i used to call them they say the same thing that they have gone through the process from their side and they are not getting any response from the upper authorities.. In order to get some help I contacted the toll free number and instead of helping me they used to put my call for 30 mins after 2 mins of talk .. I am really tensed ..! I mailed the mobile store in order to get some help from them at [protected]@themobilestore.in . I believe they are trying to solve my issues but in the speed like an old turtle walks .. I am still waiting for the day when my issues will be fixed ..else i will never prefer themobile store ..! Was this information helpful? | |||

At that time (11 days ago ) I got their email ..
"Dear Customer,
Apolozise for the delay in response.
We have already sent email to Edelweiss team for updating correct
name on portal because it takes maximum 10 working days, once it
is done we shall share the policy certificate with updated name
with you."
Now its like 11 days past and i am not even getting any response neither from the mobile store nor from the Edelweiss care ..
Its like 2 months have already passed to find any resolution for this problem.
totally confused what to do and pissed off ..!!
