[Resolved]  The Mobile Store — Complaint Against The Mobile Store

I received a apologized call from mr promod shetty 2 times and he made sure that i was not been informed anything wrong, he had told me if any problem i can call him on his number once i visit any store & i visited at borivali west mobile store on 22, December 2013 i called mr shetty on his mobile number & he helped me with all the correct information on the phone, so anfal in read tshirt was helping me with all the details he helped me with the amount & charges properly & explain about the cellphone in details, i was very happy all the efforts & information he provided me with proper tone & soft spoke. A special thanks to mr promod shetty & anfal from borivali store west hope my cello phone process will be completed within one week & i get my cell phone before 01, January 2014, i already submitted all the documents at the mobile store.
