[Resolved] The Mobile Store — damaged handset sent | |||
Dear sir/madam, I have ordered Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo GT-I9300I on 11th Dec2014 from The mobile store and received delivery on 15th Dec2014, pls refer below print screen – there is manufacturing defect near volume keys on handset, it is not getting properly fitted. I have instantly call to customer care and they said that within 48 hours they will revert. Reply from customer care on phone received on 17th Dec2014 that they will try to replacement. I got damaged handset and they are saying that they will try to replace. I have paid full payment for new piece and got damaged one and they are not committing for replacement.
