The Mobile Store — Fooling me from the last 20 days..

I bought a micromax canvas nitro date- 7/11/14 from- The mobilestore limited shop no.21 main market hudson line, kingsway camp, delhi, delhi-110009 Invoice no- 32022/12093358... After purchasing i found that the product is defective and on 13-nov i gave that set back to the mobile store after making a DOA(dead on arrival) of it from service centre of micromax... And then they told me that it will take a maximum of 7 days to give me a new set as company will send a new product after replacing the defective one. They didnt gave me any reciept of DOA product recieved by them(canvas nitro). And i asked for reciept they told me- sir it is not necessary as we have seen you and our company dont give any reciept of DOA product.. So i agreed with them and waited for 8 days instead of 7.. After 8 days i visited the mobile store and asked about my product- so they told me that sorry sir micromax canvas nitro is not available at this moment. you can take any other phone you like by giving extra price (depending on phone i am taking).. so i asked them to give me HTC desire 820 they told me sorry sir this set is not available on (ANY OF OUR STORES IN DELHI) right now you can take some other set. after 2 hrs of talking and deciding i found samsung grand 2 and i told him to give me that phone as that phone was available at the store that time. After that he gave me a new excuse instead of giving me new phone. He told me that sorry sir we havn't recieved the mail of your DOA product so without that mail we cant give you new phone. You can come back tommorow and take your new set. I agreed with them and get back to home.. same day i was just roaming outside i found another branch of the mobile store in kamla nagar so i decided to visit that store just to check wheather the set (htc desire 820) is available or not... And guess what they told me that set is not available right now but they can make it available if i gave them some advance money( 100 or 200 rs ) as booking amount and they will make it available next day guaranteed.. After listening to that i called the person- dharam contact- [protected] from which i bought my canvas nitro( the mobile store kingsway camp branch) and i told him everything that kingsway camp branch is giving me the set next day after that he said that sir why are you taking phone from them we cant give you credit note we will make the phone set available for you next day after which i agreed with him.. Next day- 14/nov i visted the mobile store kingsway camp as he promised me of htc desire 820 phone.. after visiting the shop i asked him about the mobile set ( htc desire 820 ) he said sorry sir we cant make it available right now it will take one week as billing of this phone havent started yet.. On that moment i found which is something not right, so i asked him to give me canvas nitro new set.. he said sorry sir micromax canvas nitro also not available right.. after that i asked them for 2 more mobile phones 1- micromax canvas knight 2 micromax canvas 4 plus and asusual he said sorry sir these sets are not available you can take some other set you want... and then he showed me sony xperia z ultra which i dont really prefer. so i decided to wait 1 more week for htc desire 820 i waited a whole new week for htc desire 820 and visited there shop again on 21- nov and they said sorry sir it is taking time it will take a week more to come or you can take some other product .. After which i waited 6 more days and finally i decided to take some other mobile and today- 26 nov i visited there shop and asked them to give me sony xperia z ultra as that phone was available with them.. When i was giving them the extra amount(rs8000 as i bought nitro for rs 12100 and sony xperia z ultra cost 20000) on the time of billing they told me sorry sir we cant give you phone right now as we didn't received mail. you can come back tomorrow and take new set. They are totally fooling customers.. IN SHORT- firstly they forced me to wait 1 week and when i waited they forced me take some other phone and when i decided to take samsung grand 2 after seeing the availability of that mobile at mobile store they told me they didn't recieved mail come back tomorrow or wait 1 week for htc desire 820. i have waited 14 days for htc desire 820 but they didnt make it available for me.. so finally i decided to take sony xperia z ultra which was available at the store that time and then they said sorry sir we didnt recieved the mail come back tomorrow..
