[Resolved]  The Mobile Store — Not getting my mobile back, given for repair on 15 Dec 2014

I have given my canvas phone at Mobile store Noida for repair on 15 Dec 2014. I was informed that I will get my mobile after 10 days and before that I will get call from mobile store to collect the same. To check the status of my phone I had to struggle to get the contact no of store, I tried all the number available on internet and none of them were correct/of mobile store. Even I called customer care center and even they took 6 hours to track the mobile center contact number. Now My concern is that it has been almost 1 month now and every day I get same answer “Kal apka phone mil jayega”. It’s really frustrating getting the same answer since last one month.
