Respected Sir/Madam, My Name is Ashaben Patel.I Was admitted in Shree Rang Hospital On 25-5-15 And Discharged On 30-05-15 due to Fever And Infection. My Policy No is[protected] My Claim No. is[protected] I Submitted My Claim Intimation in 24 hours as per rules and regulation of this company. Company Employees could not be able to give proper answer for status of my delay payment So I gave Application in Grevience Department on[protected] At New India Assurance Company Ashram Road Ahmadabad. Whenever We used to talk about my claim settlement They always said under process. I don't think it takes 3 months or more time to investigate this kind of case. One of their Emeditek Employee visit home and Hospital investigation is also done. E-Meditek provide really WORST service i have experienced ever.!!! Till date no revert update from New India insurance co.
Requested to you please look into this matter.
As per Received letter from New India insurance for said claim that this case has been resolve in 15 days from date of 5th Aug 2015, But as on date no letter for repudiation or no payment for claim received.
This was a worst service from insurance company.
