My Order ID: 49694935 I have transferred my domain shoutmeloud.com from bigrock to Online because of their cheap domain name registration prices and good support. I got free domain name registration for additional year and $100 Google adwords credit with the domain name transfer. All went well until my domain name got suspended one day without prior notice or any communication. When I asked the support at Online domain registrar they said my registrant information was not up to date as per the ICANN guidelines and so the domain name was suspended. They informed me that they intimated me to update the registrant information via email at their account, but I did not receive any such email. domain owners, please be aware for your domain name getting suspended if you do not keep up to date information in your account.
