Hi,
I registered my domain thedomains.com at the popular domain name registrar The-Online.com and set up my domains blog on it. I had set up the nameservers and hosting servers correctly and my domain name was working fine until one day my website was down. On further enquiry they told me that the domain name DNS is not resolving correctly.
I need a help to resolve the domain name correctly. I do not know how to resolve the domain name. Please help me.
Online support has extended help with changing my domain name servers to ns52.domaincontrol.com and ns53.domaincontrol.com but it is still not online. Was this information helpful? |
