The Park Hotel — Harassment at the gate and Damage to Car

Park hotel in vishakapatinam doesn't deserve to be of the stature of a 5 star. the staff is slack in their service and security harasses customer at the gate. I had my birthday on 27 june 15 where i had planned to treat my friends at the park. When i reached the hotel right at the gate for entrance to hotel premises i was told that no stag entry allowed. The security was not at all ready to listen to the purpose of my visit. i was travelling in a premium car like a Honda city which the guards very conveniently ignore. i asked the guard if i can go till the reception at least but even that was denied. finally i had to call the reception on my own and made him talk to the guard. After so much of harassment when i was finally finally allowed inside the security guards eagerness to close the gate damaged the entire door of my car. Later when i asked the hotel staff they said that they were sorry!!! i fail to understand which 5 star hotel keeps a stupid policy of stopping their customer from entering the hotel all together. The entry to clubs is always outside the club not the hotel all together. The harassment faced by me and damage to the car has left me stranded with no idea what to do !!! i am highly dissappointed
