The Professional Couriers — 50 days are over, still by air parcel is not received

Address:Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, 500072

Booked a parcel containing valuable item from aart in stones, new delhi, on 18.06.2016 by air through professional courier.
. tracking no: del[protected]. since then (even till today), their tracking shows that the parcel is under transit.
• contacted their office at hyderabad on 25/06.16, 27/06/16 and on 28/06/16. they read the tracking result only.
• sent mail to [protected]@gmai.com on28.06.2016. then sent mail to tpchyd.[protected]@gmail.com on the same day.
• contacted their office at hyderabad on 29/06/16, mtz. maheswari informed that it has not reached. asked to send mail to hyd.[protected]@gmail.com
• sent mail to hyd.[protected]@gmail.com on 29.06.16. he asked my contact details and i have sent the same to him.
• sent reminders to [protected]@yahoo.in and to hyd.[protected]@gmail.com on 30.06.16.
• sent reminders to [protected]@tpcindia.com, [protected]@tpcglobe.com, [protected]@tpcglobe.co.in, [protected]@tpcindia.com on 3.07.16.
• on 4.7.16, mr. n. shyama mgr. qms ([protected]@tpcglobe.co.in) informed that the parcel is lost in transit by train.
• on 7.06.16, mailed to [protected]@tpcindia.com, [protected]@tpcglobe.com, [protected]@tpcindia.com, delzo-csc. [protected]@tpcglobe.co.in – inquiring the reason for transporting it by train when it was booked by air and their next action.
• mailed reminders to all the above on 9.07.16.
• mailed reminders to all the above on 14.07.16, asking for compensation.
• on 15.7.16, mr. piyush yadav replied that ‘the below load had been theft in transit from train the said matter is under investigation by railway authority as we get any update we will inform all the clients.
• on 16.07.16, mr. piyush yadav replied that i have to contact delhi franchise for compensation.
• on 20.06.16, mailed to mr. piyush yadav asking him the reason for railway transit and telling him that as per
Their portal, the franchise has sent the parcel adding that he can’t ask me to contact them for compensation.
• mailed reminders on 23.07.16 to [protected]@tpcglobe.co.in, [protected]@tpcglobe.co.in, [protected]@tpcglobe.com, [protected]@tpcglobe.co.in, repeating the above questions and asking for copy of their complaint to railways.
Also informed that m/s. aart in stones have registered the complaint through franchise and complaint no:222 is allotted on 9.07.16. no progress on this complaint. requested for arranging compensation immediately.

How careless / Irresponsible / Trust worthy The Professional Courier is?

• Contacted their office at Hyderabad on 25/06.16, 27/06/16 and on 28/06/16. They read the tracking result only.
• Sent mail to [protected]@gmai.com on28.06.2016. Then sent mail to tpchyd.[protected]@gmail.com on the same day.
• Contacted their office at Hyderabad on 29/06/16, Mtz. Maheswari informed that it has not reached. Asked to send mail to hyd.[protected]@gmail.com
• Sent mail to hyd.[protected]@gmail.com on 29.06.16. He asked my contact details and I have sent the same to him.
• Sent Reminders to [protected]@yahoo.in and to hyd.[protected]@gmail.com on 30.06.16.
• Sent Reminders to [protected]@tpcindia.com, [protected]@tpcglobe.com, [protected]@tpcglobe.co.in, [protected]@tpcindia.com on 3.07.16.
• On 4.7.16, Mr. N. Shyama Mgr. QMS ([protected]@tpcglobe.co.in) informed that the parcel is lost in Transit by TRAIN.
• On 7.06.16, Mailed to [protected]@tpcindia.com, [protected]@tpcglobe.com, [protected]@tpcindia.com, delzo-csc.[protected]@tpcglobe.co.in – inquiring the reason for transporting it by TRAIN when it was booked By AIR and their next action.
• Mailed Reminders to all the above on 9.07.16.
• Mailed Reminders to all the above on 14.07.16, asking for compensation.
• On 15.7.16, Mr. Piyush yadav replied that ‘The below load had been theft in transit from train the said matter is under investigation by railway authority as we get any update we will inform all the clients .
• On 16.07.16, Mr. Piyush yadav replied that I have to contact Delhi Franchise for compensation.
• On 20.06.16, mailed to Mr. Piyush yadav asking him the reason for Railway transit and telling him that as per
their portal, the Franchise has sent the parcel adding that he can’t ask me to contact them for compensation.
• Mailed reminders on 23.07.16 to [protected]@tpcglobe.co.in, [protected]@tpcglobe.co.in, [protected]@tpcglobe.com, [protected]@tpcglobe.co.in, repeating the above questions and asking for copy of their complaint to railways.
Also informed that M/s. Aart in stones have registered the complaint through Franchise and complaint no:222 is allotted on 9.07.16. No Progress on this complaint. Requested for arranging compensation immediately.
