Very worst service in Chengalpattu Professional courier(Thiruporur office ). Booking date 29OCT2021, till date parcel is not delivered to Consignee address. (03Nov21) FROM address is Chennai, and TO address also Chennai. This is not the first time I have faced multiple times in the Chengalpattu - Thiruporur office.

Today I received one call from professional couriers kollam branch. They told me that the courier has been delivered at there office So I need to go there for collecting the same. Actually They has suppose to deliver the Courier at my home address right?

But they are not willing to deliver the same at my home address, which is. 1.5 km away from that location.

I was sending a package from Lalgudi, Trichy to Pollachi on 10/20/2021. Its been 2 days and my package is not received at the destination yet. When I checked with customer care, they said the conisgnment number of my package is delivered to Pudukottai which is meaning less. I reached the booking office at source and destination and all I got it my consignment is delivered to Pudukottai. How come a package with correct address will be delivered...

simple answer is dont know...

Professional courier took money
1) but do not deliver to the area saying its not serviceable
2) Do not inform that courier lying in their godawn since 1 week
3) threaten to return it
4) SWITCH OFF MOBILE PHONES and do not answer landline
5) Find fault with customer (who was calling for 30 times in a day) and dodging that it was mistake of the booking city and hence DO NOT call us and neither will we deliver...
