Sir i have booked I-PULSE bottle from Chennai to Mayiladuthurai on 03.09.2021 from T.Nagar branch at 2.45 p.m. Airway Bill No. is MAA[protected].I have informed at booking office itself that the container of medicine I-Pulse Juice is fully sealed box. After that also I have packed it with an extra cotton cover. But in the product delivery place, they said that it was broken. I asked them to see the parcel and my brother in law went...

I had sent a courier with tracking number PNQ[protected] on 31st August. It's been 9 days the status is still in transit and no one is picking the call in the Head Office or Mumbai contact centers. The register complaint option doesn't work on your website. I was told that the courier will reach in 5-6 days. This is really frustrating....

My consIgnment number is SKM700213 parcel sent from Srikakulam to Kakinada it's almost 10days still didn't received the parcel .when I contact professional service in Srikakulam they are saying it's delivered but recieved didn't receive it and tracking also showing its still transit from last ten days and there is no moment from past 6 days....

Sir I am from Haldwani Uttarakhand and booked one parcel to Kolkata vide docket no. RDR[protected] on 28.08.2021 which was insured for Rs. 4000.

The same is delivered to Kolkata but broken.

As I had paid premium for parcel risk coverage so the courier must refund my money rs 4000.

I had called to local office, rudrapur office and Chennai office but all in vein.

I had booked a courier from Chennai to Bangalore and the consignment number is PRO12143611. The parcel reached Bangalore. However, the delivery staff who brought the parcel refused to deliver it to the apartment, stating that the person has to come downstairs to the Main Gate of the Apartment Complex to receive it. The attitude and conduct of the delivery staff was extremely rude and even on being told that it was impossible for the receiver...

Pathetic service i booked my parcel on 27 august 2021 but from last 5 day it is showing that dispachted to beed from mumbai ville parle but distance between them is 350km but the courier has not yet delivered why this courier is taking 5 to 6 day for 350 km i had very important document in that parcel...

They not delivered my parcel at home, When I call a in office she said come and take your parcel we were not delivered in that area But the delivery boy said he comes to this area and the number provide in Professional site is not available, This is my Tracking number [protected] Professional service is worst and worst service...

The courier booked to Tirur, Kerala pin code no.676101 docket no. BLR[protected] dated 23/08/2021 has not been delivered until today 1st September 2021. It has reached 30th Aug to coimbatore. 31 st August around 3 pm got a call and said I can't come down to your place, u come and collect.
