I had sent documents by The Professional Couriers on August 14 2021 from Udaipur to Pune (UDI[protected]. As of today, 23rd August the documents have yet not been delivered. All my efforts to get in touch with the Customer Care failed. Even the head office has not responded forget about taking any cognisance.
This is utterly disgusting. Wish I had sent the document by India Post, rather than Unprofessional Couriers...

Complaint is, i despatch here in 1.300 kgs parcel of sample garments. But, in mumbai my customer received in 0.400grams only. Where is the balance garments and how is possible to reduce the weight.

My son is now residing at Bangalore. He sent me some documents with one rakshi since 09/08/2021. The packet is not received yet. On dt. 18/08 one madam phoned & told to collect the packet from office as your residence is not coming under our service area. In reply I said as I am an old person can't collect that from your office & no body is with me to collect. Pl. send the packet to my residence. My son has paid Rs.180/-...

I have sent a cover containing Rakhi in it. Even after 4 days, local delivery couldn't happen.

I have ordered isha's rudraksha diksha package on or before 11 March, 2020 but still I didn't received the order, whats the problem if they are available to deliver to customers. A man named Kiran Gohil who works as a professional courier His behavior was very bad when he came to my house to deliver my parcel, he is Arguing with me front of my family members of my house and told me that,
from now on do not order couriers from our company, do our complaint wherever you want,
Giving me his personal card, go wherever you want to complain, My request is that action should be taken against such a person....

Hi courier was not delivered and it has to come from Andhrapradesh to Pune
After reaching Pune it dispatched back to Hyderabad
And we tired of calling customer care and contact numbers provide on website
No one answered and calls are disconnected
Very poor service

Consignment ID KDP2623198 was sent on 12/08/2021 and today it is 17/08/2021 still the consignment is not delivered given the distance to its destination ideally it should/ have reached in 3-4 days but even after 6days it has not reached and from 12/08/2021 the consignment tracker is that the consignment is in transit. When I rang-up to Hassan center they told me the consignment is not supposed to come to Hassan but the tracker is showing...
