The Professional Couriers — Courier not Delivered

My Courier was not delivered and status show as No Service Area. This is very important for me to reach before 27 Jan 2014. I would like to know when it will be delivered to me and why it showing as Dispatched backed to BLR. If my address in Ghaziabad is not in your service area, then on very First Place, why you booked and accepted the courier at Bangalore. Second, Don't you guys have any courtesy towards customer to give a call once their Courier is received and you are not able to delivered.
