The Professional Couriers — Delivered broken courier to the destination booked under PRO | |||
I am Madhuri.N from Kakinada, Andhra pradesh. I have booked a parcel courier on 06.11.2015 at the Professional couriers, Subhadra Arcade complex, Kakinada, A.P. to Singrauli, Madhya pradesh. First of all, the staff assured that the courier will reach in 3 days but it reached after a week to the destination. In addition to that, before booking courier i told the staff that the item was a glass item and whether it would reach safely without any damage, they replied yes but it will be charged more for that. They booked the courier under PRO3141262. I have wrote in Bold cautioning that it was a glass item on the name cover of the parcel. After delivery, the parcel was totally broken. I was very much shocked to know that review from my dear ones. I asked the staff and they took my number saying that they will contact me with a reason. Its been more than 2 weeks i received no call. I am writing to you so that no one else will face such instances hereafter. I want to know what kind of justice would i get in the near future atleast from the concerned? Some parcels are linked with feelings too. Please try to solve such problems. Was this information helpful? | |||
