The Professional Couriers — Delivery of rakhi to mathura address from mumbai | |||||
I sent rakhi on 5th august from govandi office to mathura. The address had the proper pin code. When i enquired on 13th, came to know that it was misrouted to moradabad.. (How..???). Moradabad center sent it to delhi for further forwarding. And after that it was not traceable from that day onwards till 18th (Rakhi). No one had a clue and they were just giving useless answers that madam you call customer service or call that office where you booked. The booking office saif, call customer service. Now, they have returned it back to mumbai (Why..? Who told them to return?) I have not yet received it. Now, rakhi is over and i have recovered from he incident, i can write about it. I am highly disappointed about the issue and the way it was handled. Learning for me that never use professional courier or expect the unprofessional way of dealing things. Major points: 1. Even if it was misrouted, there was enough time to put it on proper path but there was a laid back approach by all the centres. 2. Customer service does not answer calls 3. The staff is not trained, they ask what is your issue, will ask for docket number and then will say 'ek minute' and transfer the call to another person. She will again ask the same questions and say 'ek minute' and then again transfer the call. 4. No reply from head office, i was told within half an hour a reply would be given 5. No co-ordination, each centre blames the other one. 6. No proper information about their policies. 7. Some one from head office asked me, ' where is mathura?' can't believe the people in courier company can be so ignorant. 8. Booking office does not know that they can look up for a pin code on internet.. And help the customer if the pin code is not mentioned. 9. One centre told me there is no electricity, nothing can be done for that day.. At 2:00 pm 10. Customer services promise to call after 1 hour and they leave for home half day tp prepare for celebrations... I can go on and on about this issue. At this point of time, i want my courier to be returned and i need an explanation for non delivery. Was this information helpful? | |||||
