I was sent a Courier from Mumbai office.
Here are the details of the same :

Address Sent to :
HCL technologies, SEZ plot no 3A, Sector 126, Noida, Uttar pradesh 201303

Date : 17.10.2016

Tracking Number : [protected].

Tried calling them but they seemed least interested in helping out. They wanted to know - which office was the courier sent from and wanted me to call that branch office.

The courier had a Panchang book in it which has religious value and getting it was really very important for me but was sent to me via The Professional Couriers Mumbai.

Worst Courier service.

I raised a complaint on Osmania University's Twitter Account (https://twitter.com/OsmaniaUniHYD @OsmaniaUniHYD). The Professional Courier company's owner Mr. Thomas John (https://in.linkedin.com/in/thomas-john-5751b156) pass out from this university. I ask them "what you teach to your student. To do fraud and cheat to their costumer. Mr. Thomas John from The Professional Courier decrease your University's name. Please ask him to remove your university name to his linkedin profile."

Make two or three twitt regarding this. So may it will help you.
