The Professional Couriers — Item not delivered on time and When asking the details through Customer care no proper response | |||||
I have sent a parcel through Professional courier on 29/12/2015 to Bangalore from Chennai. They told it will deliver by wednesday i, .e 30/12/2015 or at max on 31/12/2015. But its not been delivered. When checked with the concerned people, no proper response is been provided. Ok so i called up customer care executive to with the registered complaint ( registered a complaint through chennai branch where I sent) but that person literally shouted and told it wont deliver today as it is already evening. but since 30/12/2015 - consignment is in Mahadevpura hub without being dispatched for delivery. Its not issue in waiting, but we need proper response from people who is in charge right. This is highly ridiculous. Just because we are dependent on them they should not treat us like this.
