I didn't get the status of my products even i do quires several time but the courier company not respond.

This is a sine wave inverter of 1400va/24v.This is a sample for my Client on very urgent basis but this is not even delivered to my party or not even any details on Website of this company.
please help to find out my products, this company not respond seriously.
