The Professional Couriers — No mail for complaint made

I had a poor experience with Professional courier, so i have made a screen shot of the details and the status of my courier and sent the mail to [protected]@tpcglobe.co.in & [protected]@tpcglobe.co.in and cc to [protected]@tpcindia.com & [protected]@tpcglobe.com on Oct 18, 2014 at 3:01 PM There is not even a acknowledge mail from the Professional courier end till this date. This doesn meant Customer has no other work than to drop a mail to you. Hope atleast I will get a reply to this mail. Thanks
