Sir, my name is lekha. L, kollam (Mob-[protected]) had given a courier addressed to the secretary, the paravoor regional co-op bank, paravoor, kollam, kerala from your branch office at kadappakkada, kollam (Phone[protected] on[protected] vide docket no-klm1048780. The courier contains an important document in connection with the said bank. Unfortunately the courier is not delivered to the concerned addressee till this time. The distance of the two places are only 20 kilometers maximum. It is a very irresponsible thing from your concerned staff. I need a proper explanation and the reason for the non delivery of the courier in right time. Other wise i will forced to take legal actions against your company.

Professional Courier — Courier Not yet delivered

Courier was not delivered on time by the professional courier from Aleppey to Bangalore. The courier contained insurance related claim bills which had to reach within a certain date. Due to their delay, i lost my insurance claim amount.
