6th April 2015, My sister couriered parcel from Kanpur to Bangalore (KNP[protected] when it was not reached to me till Monday (13th April 2015) and when she enquired they told that it is already delivered on 10th April, when she said that no it is not delivered then those people told that ok it will be deliver in next 10 minutes. But when it not reached till late evening and she again enquired on 14th they told that today (14th April 2015) is holiday so it will be deliver on tomorrow. When again she enquired on today (15th April 2015) they told that bag is LOST. On top of this their Tracking site is mentioning that it is Out for Delivery since 13th April 2015.
