Sir/madam, This is for your kind information that the service given from your side was very much neglected way. On 18th june 2016 our courier (Pro3928259) was delivered by your mission road branch and today ie 25th june 2016 we didn't receive yet. Since its an urgent courier from the govt of tripura on regarding the students educational matter from june 18th we are contacting them daily and everyday they told us that they will deliver. Finally when we contacted on [protected] the person who is attended the call behaves very neglected way and didn't have manners to intimate the customer back i ever seen such a worst service and the staffs. Kindly close your worst courier service and no hope for any action will be taken from the higher official coz if the higher officials are in a genuine way means the service will be in a fair way.
