The Professional Couriers — Undelivered Package DEL[protected]

DEL[protected] This parcel was sent on April 4, 2015, from New Delhi to Kollam, Kerala. Now this has reached Trivandrum on April 7, 2015. Uptil now the parcel has not been delivered. Tracking shows that it is lying in Trivandrum since April 7, 2015. Tried to call Cochin/Trivandrum/kayankulam offices but they seem not to care. Even have mailed to concerned offices including the corporate office but strangely there is no response at all which clearly shows their sick mentality. Just wanted to let people know the kind of service they are putting up. This is the 2nd time this is happening to myself. Will have to go through legal system i guess to resolve this.
