I have not yet received any newspaper till date from the starting date of 14.04.2015, although I have paid the full suscription amount of Rs. 499/- for subscription for a year till 13.04.2016. I am unable to reach The TIMES CRM HELPLINE at[protected].Please see that the newspaper is delivered at the address given in ID 32863202 IMMEDIATE LY.

Updated by geethabalakrishnan We are still not getting the newspaper even though we're eligible to get the newspaper till 13/04/2019!! We have paid full subscription for a year from 14/04/2018 to 13/04/2019 and they have stopped delivering the newspaper from 02/09/2018 itself!! TIMES OF INDIA have to repay the remaining eight months subscription that they already collected from us in April 2018 itself making false promises of delivering the newspaper.They have cheated us. I have sent emails and even complained to customer care number but no results. Please help us.
