[Resolved]  The Travel Planners — Cancelled Tripped Due to Bad Service but No Reimbursement/Communication yet!

Hi,

We Chose the Travel Planner http://www.ttpkerala.com/ to visit Kerala for 4 night 5 days stay from 24th Nov, 2016 till 28th Nov, 2016.

The service provided as per the tour Itinerary we visited Cochin, Munnar and the stay and service was wonderful. House Boat was the Last as per the tour Itinerary and the House Boat wasn't too the par.

Please find below are the list of problem we faced in House Boat.

1) No Hot water for drinking.
2) No Water for bathing and toilet.
3) No Electricity - My kid suffered a lot as there was no fan working.
4) No proper Food - Sambar was limited and wasn't for two people at all. When asked for more, all they said that it's not there.
5) Unhygienic toilet - on press of Button, all [censored] came out.

We called the Travel Representative Mr. Sreejeth and Mr. Jacob but there wasn't any proper response from them. We asked for the House Boat to be on boarded back to the shore.

We also met the House Boat in-charge and told our problems. All he suggested that he could provide a room to stay if required.

We Chose Kerala on our Wedding Anniversary just for the House Boat, since most of the friends had a wonderful Experience in Kerela House Boat. We request for the cancellation of House Boat tour.

In all we paid a tour package of 32500/-.

We requested for Reimbursement for HouseBoat charge as per the travel Itinerary for which Mr. Srijeeth mentioned over call that it will be checked with the House Boat Representative and after which we will reimburse what ever is possible.

its been more than 12 days now, but there is no reply from them. i have dropped an email too conveying our problems as a family (Me, Wife and 8 months Kid) faced in House Boat. There seems no reply from them.

Have dropped a reminder email too. Still no reply.

Could it be helpful if we get proper response from them, and get reimbursement of whatever amount as per the rules and conditions for undesirable/unfavourable House Boat Journey.
