The Visa Hub — Not giving money after cancelation

I syed ghouse from hyderabad started my process for canada for LMI from agent sameer hussain Company name The visa hub.
Address:B-316 gopal palace, near jansini rani statue, ocean park, nehru nagar, satelite, ahmedabad, gujrat.

I have started my process before 13mnths i have given frst 10, 000rs
And started the process and he send me the agreement of two months in wich he mentioned that you will be in canada after two months and in that period of time i have given him more 60, 000rs then he said the process has been changed so it will take 6months to process so i said ok and waited but he failed and said again that you have to wait for more 3months but he failed again so after that i have cancceled my application and asked for my money after so from the time of withdrawling the application till now 4months of time passed he dint gave me single money he is just taking time and time. He is totally fraud agent his head office people are telling when i contacted them talk to sameer only we are not responsible for your money.
So i request you all who read this post dont go to his counsultancy hi fraud agent...
