Theft — Complaint against the coach attendant of train no 22401 | |||
Respected Sir, We were travelling from Delhi to Pathankot to attend my sisters marriage on 23 November 2015 in train no 22401.Suddenly our hand bag was missing while we all were sleeping.I am complaining against the coach attendant of train no 22401 as he was only present there and was misguiding us when we were searching here and there. On several requests no poilce man was called .I was shocked that no police man was present in the superfast train. This is complete negligence from railway department. I have lost everythimg I have saved for my sisters marriage. My PNR WAS[protected] WITH ALL 5 SEATS IN COACH A1. We had lost 1 lakh in old currency, 60 thousand in new currency, 1 gold chain of 20 grams, all documents of my father in law, and two mobile phones and a red bag. Then i lodged the complaint at Pathankot railway station and now i have received a mail that your complaint is closed and I have to lodge the complaint at Ambala station.(Copies Attached) I am giving in writing that the coach attendant is responsible for the theft and i request you to find my bag from him .I request you to please take a necessary action against this theft. I request railway ministry to either find my bag or provide me the complete compensation because it is a clear case of railway negligence.
