Thomas Cook India — False commitments and complaints

Respected sir,

I had booked asian wonders tour through aplus holidays, delhi.
Firstly i booked a tour to europe and london,
But due to visa rejection they considered us as if we ourselves cancelled the tour.

How can we go when the visa has been rejected?

Moreover cancellation fee (Rs. 40000) was also charged for the same.

When further asked about the exact timings for the tour no proper response was given.

Further, i want to tell u about our tour when we went on asian wonders 15th june to 25th june.

The complaints start as follows


1 - assigning a child in honeymoon couples room [ it was a new honeymoon couple who had to keep a kid with them, no privacy, a type of dharamshala opened ] i will send you proofs of all in attached mail

2 - busses were 3rd class we were told to get luxurious busses but ill show you the pics of our busses assigned

3 - heavy bags were not allowed in genting island [ we were not told earlier about this as one of our couple friend called his manager and was told to take bags rest were told that if you take bags 30 ringets fine would be there in genting
But when we asked over there, no fine was there for heavy bags.

4 - the guides assigned by red apple were manaerless they were irritating and always told us that we are fools who have come from india

5 - your people were saying that coke is a pesticide when we were drinking, now you tell sir do they have the right to say while we were drinking coke

6 - our lunches and dinners were not up to the mark [ we all got extremely cold food, when asked about that they answered that they can offer us such cold food only]

7 - 3days regular same food we all had to eat, what is this [ we were told all days lunches and dinners would have different variety and for non veg only 2 types of food for non veg every day

8 - in genting island indoor and outdoor games were closed if they were closed why we have to go there then

9 when we reached in malasiya the bus was not good, driver was smoking in the bus when we all stopped, no ac working properly

10 - 4. 6 kms way took 7 hrs [ we all were made fools ] penang till malaysia u just check is it 7 hrs drive from penang till malaysia. We should hav been earlier told the exact timings about that too earlier

11 - universal studio tickets were taken in 80 usd dollars as when we reached there but when we went outside there was a board saying 70 ringets is the price o[censored]niversal studio

12 - in cruise money was taken more as on sight seeing we were told to show 5 islands but the thomas cook people told us that we will go only to 2 islands

13 - there is no meaning to to to genting island if we dont get full day to spend time

14 - first day no breakfast no lunch moreover the rooms were allotted late

15 - rubbish is better than food given to us in first world hotel

16 - the first day we reached airport at 8 o clock [am ] and were told to sit in the bus and wait till 4 o clock pm to get rooms of keys and checkinns

17 - all other groups exept coach 3 were having luxurious busses

18 - we were taken to outlets for shopping at there own places decided earlier [ they had commissions in outlets as we all were told it is the cheaper place for shopping

19 - they have charged for singapore flyers [ the big wheel ] which was unsatisfactory

20 - co - members had to take taxi 3 times as they left them for night safari as we will send you the taxi bill also ] they left them in hotel without telling them

21 - in star cruise the room keys were given differently by exchanging names of keys written name [ wife names were changed with some other couples and keys were made with other couples printing there name in others room

22 - some of the couples had to wait for 4 hrs to open the room the keys were not working we had to go to receptions 2 - 3 times

23 - all tickets were changed seating arrangements in singapore airlines were different i came standing in the plane as my parents seat was with someone else in going and coming this was the main point why i got angry

24 - comember's money and shaving kit was taken out from his luggage as he gave a complaint in singapore airline as he reached the singapore airport [ complaint raised in singapore airline ]

25 - no phone number was given to couples including us after reaching singapore and meeting thomas cook people

26 - the thomas cook representative came late while we were waiting for them to meet us in singapore airline

28 - no thomas cook people helped me when my luggage was lost no duty to check inside the cruise to check passenger [ had to be in cruise and call for help from cruise staff

29 - i just feel we just gave them money which was not satisfied

30 - can u eat this type of food [ hard and cold roti ] i ask you and your staff can they eat this type of food


I am sending you the copy of pics and vedios that how they made us fools

Now its your time to take some action on it or filing case is better than talk because we have spent money earned by us and not for wasting. This is my final call for service quality people and one thing more mr vinod even said the food is really worse as we all told him to sit with us and eat food with us and feel why we all are saying like this to you

Only vinod was really good to us rest all were to make fools and even the red apple man was abusing us in his language as i knew but i dint said anything to him because we are in different country


If you could help me out of this then i would be greatful or i dont have any option as 43 members list i have it in my hand now u tell what should i do if you would be at my side

I want my money to be refunded including both
(Cancellation fee charged rs. 40000 and the tour money)
