Dear Mr. Dhokane,

Truly regret the inconvenience caused, however we trust you would concur that prior your travel in October 2014, our Branch in-charge had explained the cross currency charges applicable which you had agreed to in the application form signed with us. We regret to inform you that you are not eligible for refund and we cannot accede to your request. Trust we have been able to clarify our stance and hope we have your understanding and co-operation. We wish for your continued patronage.

Regards,
