Thyrocare — Not refunding full amount | |||
I had registered for Thyrocare testing worth Rs 4080/- . First thing they could not deliver the reports on time. By the time, i could contact them, the patient for which i booked the order did move to Assam. They told me then they could n't do the testing as the Thyrocare executive who collected the samples had collected insufficient blood sample. And so they confirmed they would again collect the blood sample from Assam and give me the report. I reluctantly agreed as i have already paid them the full amount. But after 2/3 days they came back, they came back and informed they can't collect blood sample from Assam and so they would refund me the amount. I agreed. But after that they informed that they had done some tests and so would not refund only Rs 1522/-instead of Rs 4080/-. And they submitted a partial report at my home in my absence. I have rejected their offer of Rs 1522/- refund as i have already asked the patient to do a complete test from some other agency. So we have to pay double now. Can anyone suggest me any help in this to get me the full amount as refund. I have the following complaints against them 1.> Negligence by collecting insufficient blood sample. 2.> Negligence by not delivering the report on time and not sending any intimation also. 3.> Making false promises to the customer and then retracting. 3.> Charging me for some partial tests, whereas i paid for the complete 81 tests.
