Thyrocare — Poor service

I am k. Umapathy rao who happened to go with thyrocare on 22nd july 2016. My experience has been bad, the way the whole matter is handled. Please see the sequence of events as below.

1. I have gone to your website and placed a request on 20.7.16
2. I received a call from your mumbai office from a lady late in the evening if i am interested to go with a package.
3. I have confirmed for 3 people that is me, my wife and my daughter and asked her to send the technician on 22.7.2016
4. I have also told her that besides the regular tests in the package i also need sugar fasting and post prandial and she confirmed the same.
5. I received an sms confirming my order no. Tt38283
6. I received a call on 21st from your local hyderabad office fixing up the time for collecting the blood sample. They had no information of my request for sugar test but they said they will include at an extra cost and that was fine with me.
7. On 22.6.2016, you technician mr. Bhasker came and collected the samples but he again dint know of post prandial test but agreed to come back after 2 hours for an extra cost.
8. Mr. Bhasker came and collected blood sample after two hours of my breakfast and also collected rs.3600+100 and gave a receipt.
9. I have received test reports of three o[censored]s by mail but my blood sugar report was missing.
10. When i enquired, every one pretended ignorance. They later came back and said that there was a technical problem and wanted me to give the blood sample again.


This is completely unacceptable to me as you cannot mess up my order like this and simply call it as technical problem. Taking sample may be simple for you but being on fasting and doing the whole exercise is not easy for me and you cannot suffer me for your blunders.

I have also not received the test reports by courier which was promised to be sent in 3-4 days as per your web site.

Is this how thyrocare operates and services its customers? I want a written apology from thyrocare and compensate me suitably (Return all the money rs.3700 that i have paid or something similar) for the mixup and bungling that your organisation has done in handling my order. I am now not sure of your test results also and may have to go for the tests again with another lab.

I expect a reply to my mail and also the action taken in redressing my grievance. If i don’t get your reply within a reasonable time, i will be constrained to put it in social media and also take legal course that is available to me. While i am not threatening by writing this, i want you to take this complaint in all earnest as a few such complaints can bring thyrocare to a closure. I am sure you respect the customer and give priority to customer satisfaction. I am an unsatisfied customer and am very disappointed.

I had great expectations from you but your people have damaged your image badly. Please do not give me a standard sorry and these things will not be repeated etc. Let me know, how you would compensate me? That is the only way you will learn your mistakes and i will get satisfied.
