I'm really sorry to state the below information’s. Customer Name: N. Lakshmi Customer ID: SP08072084 Order No: ORD[protected] Order Date: 08.07.2013 Receipt No: TAN18 Bill No and date: 1828 – 12.07.2013 We are not satisfied with the service provided by thyrocare. As on 12.07.2013 one of executive Mr. Balakrishnan has visited our place on around 8:15am for collecting the blood at the same time we also paid the sum of amount Rs.1045/- and confirmed with the executive within how many day we will be receiving the reports, whether it will be thru courier or ourselves need to collect it from the nearest branch, executive informed -report will be sent thru the courier which will take 2-3 days and left the place, Just within 10-15 minutes we got a call for confirming whether any executive has visited our place for collecting the blood, I confirmed yes. Just we waited for 2 to 3 days; we did not receive any call or the courier. I gave a call to customer care for confirming whether the courier has been dispatched or not. These customer care executive, informed our server is down we are unable to check once it is ready we will get back to you. There were no responses at all. Now I want to know whether I will be receiving the reports thru courier or not. Already it is nearly to 2 month. My father has also visited Marathalli branch, but then too no action have been taken from your end. Either I need to receive the report or kindly return our money back. Requesting you to take some action on this, I think you will understand why we require the reports and you are also aware why you are conducting this test. Was this information helpful? | |||
