Thyrocare — Thyrocare cheated with me

This is vikash kumar and i booked order aarogyam 1.2 for medical tests from thyrocare on 16.10.2015, and one authorise person came to my home and collect blood sample and also collect 745 rs for test charges. And they told me that your report will be delivered by 20.10.2015. But unfortunately my report could not deliver yet. Then after two days i consulting to thyrocare for report then told me that your sample was cancelled and recollect your blood sample. So, i m not interested right now because it's totally fake medical officer and blood sampler also. Because they have no ideas that how to collect blood sample. Very cheap medical company. I want to that please take legal action regarding such type of cheap service.
