[Resolved]  Ticket Goose — unable cancel booked ticket

i have booked one ticket from mangalore to bellary in ganesh travels on 14.09.2014 through ticket goose.. booking PNR: TGE8QD16264.. but i postpond my date of journey and i tried to cancel my ticket.. but it is always showing cancellation faild. so please correct the error and cancel my ticket and refund.
