Ticket New — DITCHING WITH ONLINE MOVIE TICKET

Dear sir, I've booked a movie ticket at theater Venkata Krishna, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, through the website www.ticktetnew.com on 17th September 2014. They have sent me confirmation SMS and I have paid the amount of Rs. 87/- Later the same evening they again sent SMS stating that they can't book my ticket with their reasons. This is totally unfair as they made me to believe that they have booked and confirmed my ticket and later on they played such tricks. I have called them ([protected]) and asked the same. They had no answer and told me that they can postpone my booking date or cancel the ticket. But I couldn't accept their reasons which I can't trust with a single SMS, yet I accepted their offer of cancelling my ticket then itself. But sadly, I didn't get my money refunded till now, being 4th day after the issue. And hereby I am seeking your help sir, kindly solve the issues 1.
