Ticket New — Misleading to book an unavailable ticket, not refunding money

Dear sir, I have booked a movie ticket through www.tickenew.com at theater Venkata Krishna, Guntur on 17th September 2014. I have paid money through online banking of Rs. 87/- and then I got a confirmation SMS from TICKETNEW for my ticket. Later in the same evening I got another SMS stating that my ticket was already sold out to some other and they asked me to postpone or cancel my show and refund the amount. Immediately I called them ([protected]) and they said the same story again. I could not accept their reasons but anyhow I asked them to cancel my booking and they said that my amount will be refunded. But sir, till now there is no response from them regarding the refund status. I hereby Sir, am seeking your help to solve the issues 1. Misleading me and making me to book for ticket which was already sold out 2. Irresponsible in the matter of refunding the money even on 4 days after the issue.
