I have taken 3 tickets for I movie in this site. But when i reached theator they sold my booked to other persons. When i reach out to ticket new.com help line they are not helpful and said we did not send information to the theator properly.They spoke rudely and they are not agreed to accept this mistake even. It s worst discussion with them and at last they arranged our 3 seats manually but all seats are not together.
I have attached my booked movie tickets as well for your reference.
I advice every one not to buy any movie tickets from this site as because even my friends faced the same issue when they went for Gopala Gopala movie.

I have made purchase on ticket new through ticketsnew app my amount R's 826.99 has been debited but I have not get ticket do I want to refund my amount to my bank
